Trapped on another world, Ollie fights against local criminal gangs, prompting the local crime boss to hire the mercenary Troublemaker to stop Green Arrow. Lian fights alongside Ollie against Troublemaker. Back on Earth, Dinah and Roy seek out Amanda Waller, whom they believe is responsible for the disappearances of Ollie, Lian, and Connor.
