In Switzerland the Baroness gets full plastic surgery reconstruction and a new costume as Major Bludd attempts to blackmail Cobra Commander for his role in the Baroness's 'accident' and Destro's failed assassination (issue 16). The Joes have Bludd on surveillance as the Commander appears, and a wild chase ensues. The Joes lose Bludd, but gain a captured Commander instead.
