Matt explains his absence to Foggy and Candace and then heads to San Francisco to reunite with the Black Widow. Their meeting is interrupted by muggers who, unbeknownst to the heroes, are working for the Owl. The Owl attacks and, thanks to a new poison weapon, captures Daredevil and the Black Widow.
