Batman calls upon his alternate personality of the Batman of Zur-En-Arrh to help defeat the threat of Failsafe, who was built by the Batman of Zur-En-Arrh years before. However, Failsafe proves to be too much for the Batman of Zur-En-Arrh and Tim Drake, so Bruce asks Oracle to call in additional help.
