Venom and Morbius realize that the inmate Charlie Palene is identical to the new mayor Charles Palentine and confront him. Demogoblin appears at the helm of a goblin army, steals the magic necklace from Palentine, grows fifty feet tall and proves to be on the side of good when he commands the goblins to drown themselves in the river.
Indicia mistakenly states the publication date as "May 1994" when the correct publication date is April 1994 as printed on the front cover. Also, this issue was published less than a full month after the previous issue which is dated as March 1994
